Ok i know it's wrong to lie but New mexico has a stupid rule about making every one thats between 18-24 take a stupid course called None for the Road well any way i have this car that i got from a new mexico sales man and he said i need a new mexico drivers license in 30 days or he's taking it back how can i make a fake certificate saying i completed the course so i can hurry and get my NM license

first off i have a texas license. and in texas we dont have stupid rules like this we just go in an take the damn test. next i have to mail off a stupid application which takes 2 wks then get the video in the mail then wait to get the test in the mail then take it and send it back in the mail and by the time it gets back it'll be to late sooo now what

If you 'know it's wrong to lie' then why would you do it? Or is it only 'wrong to lie' if it's not inconvenient for you? Either find a way to take the course within 30 days, or negotiate an extension on the sale. Quite frankly I don't know how you could have such a condition on the sale or he could 'take it back' unless you signed a contract to that effect; in which case you're an adult and need to accept responsibility for the commitments you make.
Incidentally, that 'stupid' course is intended to save your life, which I presume other people value even if you don't.

how long can this course be?
A day or two at most.....
how much alcohol in particular types of booze.
drinks to body weight blood alcohol level formulas.
Maybe they will make you watch gory movie like We did in the military.

Take the course..
I know young guy that just got busted for DUI....
its costing him $$$$$
And...if he wants to drive he has to get one of those breathalyzer gizmos installed on whatever vehicle he is going to drive cause his last vehicle is trashed.
And that would cost him money.
Of course you could offer to have sex with car dealer.
Suggest complying and taking the course.

This is no way to handle this situation! You will not only be breaking the law, but what about the lying and moral implications. If caught, which you most likely will be, are you prepared to go to jail? Think about it. Get help from your local DMV office. Do the right thing! that is always the best policy.

Hop the border to Mexico. They seem to have that all figured out. Don't lie. It will come back to bite you in the butt later on. Do it right. Then you will have nothing to fear later.

a salesman can not take back a car just because you don't get a licence, you just can't drive it without a license.
Next if they can, you should have not bought it knowing you can not get it.
I guess you need to take the course.
