Yes I do believe. Most people don't believe because the enemy has blinded them to the truth. We are born into sin. We all come into this world in the dark about the truth of Jesus Christ, but it is when Christ calls us and we answer and become saved; only then do we come into the realization of who Jesus is and who we are in Christ. Sin looks, tastes and feels good. That is why it is so enticing, Satan wanted to make sure it seemed so nice and innocent, this is why so many people do things that are really a sin, but they don't think there is anything wrong with it, because how could anything that seems so fun and innocent be wrong?.I am not trying to act holier than thou because I too am not without sin and falling short, but I am trying and God is still working on me. Remember he knows the heart of every man. I pray all will come to know him and of his precious love for all . God bless.

I think your census is a bit off. I don't think 'most people don't believe in him' but do. As far as the why some people don't believe in him? It's not too hard to figure out why people might be critical of His existance. There's the whole evolution thing, logic, the fact that you can't see and touch him which is what some people 'need' to believe in something. There's a number or reasons of why someone 'might not believe'.

I do as well.
I think that most people do not because it is extremely hard to believe in any thing in this day and age.
The Media is licking their chops waiting to dig something up for some one to say the wrong thing to take them down a notch. Late Night talk show hosts can't wait to ridicule some guy down on his luck.
It is very difficult to put your faith in any thing.

I think that alot of ppl don't believe in God because they've had bad experiences in life. As believers we have to let them know that He never said that we wouldn't go through trials and tribulations but that He would deliver us from them. Non-belivers usually stand on their problems while we as believers stand on the Word of God.

Many people don't believe in what they can't see. If its not sitting right in front of them then it isn't possible for it to exist and won't listen to any type of explanation. If they can't see it or touch it then it doesn't exist. I on the other hand do believe in jesus and god. It's also a choice of faith.

Yes, I do. I think part of the reason so many people don't is because they have become so self important that they can not admit that there is anything bigger than they are. The universe revolves around them, and to admit to a higher power would mean that they are lesser - not in control of their lives.

You are asking the question backwards. You might as well as ask: "Why don't people believe in fairies at the bottom of the garden?" The answer is the same. The question you need to ask is this: "Why do some people believe in Jesus?"

I think a lot of people believe in Jesus. Maybe you are from an area that has a lot of diverse people from different cultures. I don't personally know anyone that doesn't believe, although I know there are a lot of non-believers out there.

People are afraid of the unknown. Some people need rock solid proof first but then there wouldn't be a need for faith. People don't have faith and that's the connection necessary.
