I reception-ed at a TV repair shop- the boss was a crook (a dis-bared lawyer who had changed his name numerous times) with no business license for electronics, who would collect money & then not fix the sets- or rig them so they broke again, he put baby oil instead of the correct liquid into some tubes in big screens. He would always have me lie to customers and I would get the worst of their anger because I'M the one who PROMISED their tv would be fixed by super bowl sunday!
The shop had a horrible roach problem, mutiple breeds.
He was in love with the other receptionist- he bought her a car, paid her rent, health insurance ect., in fact he was delusional that she was his girlfriend(she could'nt stand him).
When he would find out she had been on dates he would make me manager, give me a raise ect. A few days later he would take it back, this happened like three times!
You know I could go on forever... but I won't.
Oh and did I mention he's now in prison for fraud?

New & used car saleman. Went in for first day of work on a Monday morning around 8 A.M., first break was at 10, never went back.

The money was good but way too much aggravation and too many buttheads (like me) coming to buy cars.

$5.00 an hour first job? Damn. I got $40.00 a week and worked about 50-60 hours for my first! But lunch was provided.

Worked in swamps cutting out brush. Its wet, hot, nasty, smelly, buggy, very hard work for very little pay, most of the workers are dumber than a box of rocks or in-bred and since most are guys they are very rude and obnoxious, unclean and vulgar. Plus you had to ride on a board-trailer to get near the swamp and then walk the remainder mile or so. And you work 12 to 14 hour days. Its one of those jobs that you do because its either that or starvation.

My first job when I was 15 -- working at Busch Gardens. $5.00 an hour, and I had to work on Christmas day, out in the rain and cold. It actually wasn't so bad until the last day, when some hatin' gold-toof ghetto biatch went off on a power trip on me, and I told her/him/it to stick it.

Working at Hooters for two weeks in college -- there is nothing glamorous or sexy about wearing short orange shorts with pantyhose and serving greasy chicken wings to rednecks for $2.13 per hour + tips.

Any job that involved working in a little cubicle, in a freezing cold office with annoying co-workers and looking outside to see sunny weather, knowing I should be doing better things with my life...the movie Office Space inspired me immensely. ☺

Well I cant think of any job worse than the Army so no, and so sorry. But it is hard to quit a job that pays as well as the post office does. So I hope that your days off are very fulfilling and fun.

Waitress at Denny's. My manager stole my tips and wanted me to sleep with him. People would literally let their kids smear the entire table top with ketchup and cracker crumbs and not leave a tip and a retard threw a broken glass at my head. All of my coworkers were teen moms or ex convicts or crackheads. The cook would just walk out and leave to either get drunk or sell crack, then come back all high (he also wanted me to sleep with him). In the 6 agonizing weeks I was there, there was almost a complete turnaround in staff so it obviously wasn't just me who thought it sucked.
