opinion about your best friend " except your BF or GF "

i have many good friends..but only 2 best friends....one is male and other is female...why...because i can be me...in all aspects of life...we tell all...and we are there for each other..no matter what...when or where...they make me laugh when i am sad...they dont ridicule when i say something stupid...they are there to calm me down when i am angry...we share all secrets and tell no lies ...they are my solid foundation...sad to say...nowadays ...husbands/wives, bf/gf come and go...but ur best friends ....well...they are always with you !!!

I hadn't actually counted them...but people I call "friend"...10-12. I'm rather fussy about who I consider a "friend". I know alot more people that I'm friendly with, but they don't make the "someone I could count on" cut.
I suppose the reality is...my best friend is my sister. I've known her the longest...she's been through every crisis with me...every good time.

I am lucky enough to have many friends, but as for my best friends I have two best friends that I love very much.
