In one of my guitar magazines I saw and add for this really nice looking cheap guitar, A Reverend Warhawk HB, Anyone ever heard of it, if so could I please get some other info about it. I it worth the money, is it nice to play, etc.

Never buy a guitar without testing it yourself,even if it's a 3000$ worth Gibson...And I've never heard of a guitar called reverend warhawk...But that doesn't mean or prove anything...There are many not-so-famous,small guitar companies which sometimes can produce better guitars than Fender does,believe me!But first you have to try it for yourself before buying it...
