Do not change your image for a potential boyfriend. Be who you are, that's what's most important. If you can't see yourself just going up to him (in a cute outfit), then opt for something more subtle, yet equally noticable. If he is in any of your classes, then talk to him in there a simple "Hi, another day in "so-so's" class." Or @ lunch pass by and say something subtle. Something so subtle could potentially get him to notice you and if he likes you he'll return the subtleties. If that's the case, then GO FOR IT!
If you still don't feel comfortable with the other suggestions... Is there a mutual friend that you guys have? If not, do you have a friend that is really outgoing and could help you get this guy to do more than notice you?

I can so relate to this question. I like a popular guy in my scholl but I'm not the most popular girl. My advice to you is to just be yourself and not try so hard to get him to notice you. But the one thing that you should not do is ditch your friends because you'll be sorry if you do. Just try talking to him and if he likes you he likes you if he doesn't that's his loss. If he can't notice you by being yourself then he doesn't need to notice you. I went all out of my way for a guy to notice me, by being silly, cracking jokes, making sure he saw me walk by. Just be you and in time if it is meant to be it will

first of all dont listen to the first persons answer dont leave your friends for a guy!what i do to get a guy to notice me is to smile at them when im walking past them.it seems to do the trick.i hope that he notices you even if you dont use my advise.
