You may try EBay, or you could try an ad on Craigslist. You may also look for police impound auctions, you may be able to find a project bike there!

Sorry ,"No such Thing" unless it's stolen and they want to get rid of what is left after stripping it down. If I were yiou you I would apply for a grant to go to MC repair school or a loan(You do need to know a little bit about an internal combustion engine before taking the schooling )

You are really wasting your time, the parts alone that you end up buying will be a lot more than you wanted to spend in the 1st place

The dump in your town. (Scrap metal Bin). Thats where i've seen lots of them piled up. for free if the town dump personnel will let you take them.
