Sorry ,"No such Thing" unless it's stolen and they want to get rid of what is left after stripping it down. If I were yiou you I would apply for a grant to go to MC repair school or a loan(You do need to know a little bit about an internal combustion engine before taking the schooling )

The dump in your town. (Scrap metal Bin). Thats where i've seen lots of them piled up. for free if the town dump personnel will let you take them.
