Helping my brother live knowing that our father hated him and loved me because I'm a girl. Then letting his new wife slap us around while he watched and did nothing, lol, good dad, huh?

Then I had to accept a new father figure when my mom remarried. I have nothing against him, he's a great guy and I respect him, I just can't accecpt having a father figure in my life. I don't think I'll ever be able to accept anyone as a "dad".
