I live abroad and am moving back but am forced to do so alone and I can't afford to pay for boarding school. I'll be going when I'm 16 to do my last two years of school. Being emancipated will mean I can enroll myself in school, get a job and rent a place to stay without my parents signiture (they'll be staying here) I coudln't find anything on the net about this and would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks! and I really need some help with this. And I'm an Australian citizen So a visa isn't an issue

Have you checked the government of Australia website? In the US you need to petition the court and prove you can support yourself w/o help from parents. You would probably have guardian ad litem appointed but I'm not sure of all the details. You might want to contact a lawyer.
