Forever 21 (forever21.com) and wetseal (wetseal.com) are good stores. They carry everything from basics to accessories, but they are not too expensive.

Definetly Rave Girl. They can help you pick out the perfect outfit if you need help. They have the same kind of style as limeted too exept they aren't as expensive.
