Peanut soup! It's an African dish and its awesome! Recipie as follows:

Peanut Soup

1 tbsp garlic
2 teasp chilli
Olive oil/Coconut oil
2-3 cans crushed tomatoes
3 heaped tbsp peanut butter (extra crunchy)
6 Boiled eggs
1 can kidney beans
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
500g okra
2 cups medium grain rice

Set the eggs to boil while prepping other ingredients. Chop onions roughly and fry in the oil. Once onions are clear add chopped capsicums, okra and kidney beans. Add some extra oil for the okra as it soaks up a lot. Add garlic and chilli and fry for about 5mins. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer with lid on.
At this time take eggs off heat and peel. Set rice to boil.
Add peanut butter to sauce and stir through to dissolve. Add salt/pepper and peanut butter to taste. Add eggs.
Serve on top of boiled rice.

Africans often make this recipe with lamb or chicken and eat the eggs the next day.

Spaghetti with meatballs covered in a marinara sauce with onions and mushrooms in it.
My side dish is a salad topped with carrots, eggs, onions, celery, tomatoes, ham, bacon bits, crutons and sunflower seeds with a catalina dressing.
I can't forget the garlic bread, toasted golden brown and crunchy! A big glass of milk will accompany that! And for desert (or is that dessert? LOL) I like a big, warm chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce and complete with whipped cream and sprinkles!

How's THAT for a detailed answer!

Fried chicken wings, sticky rice, asparagus, olives, milk and chocolate ice cream with hot fudge on top. But, I don't eat like that anymore. Now I eat crap like rice with these masochistic miniature pieces of veggies in it and green tea. But, I do not believe God placed us humans on this planet to eat little bird arms.
