It is probably nothing. I would think that it is just your sinuses or allergies or it could be that you have a fracture in your nose that is not allowing you to breathe through your nostril. Either way to be safe I would see a doctor. If it is just sinuses or allergies he will probably just give you some kind of medication and nasal spray.

One sided congestion can be a symptom of chronic allergies. You can try Sudfed decongestant for relief. Sinusitis could develop where the discharge is yellowish or green. This would require an antibiotic, but I doubt you have this problem. Sinus infections are miserable. I hope you feel better soon.

If it is stuffy, it could be a sinus infection or allergies or a cold. However, if it is not actually stuffy but you can't breathe through it, it could be a deviated septum. See ur MD. :)

Try strongly breathing in garlic and onions. This will get your nose really unclogged. Or try breathing steam from potatoes. Good luck .

Try pulling your finger out.....if that doesnt help I think Drs can do what they call Nasal Scraping. It's not as nice as it sounds but apparently it works.
