More than likely several people in the current Administration were involved in the 9/11 attacks.
The inconsistencies are real. Think tank papers from years before called Project for the New American Century (PNAC) mention a "catastrophic and catalyzing event — like a new Pearl Harbor" (page 51). This quote appears in Chapter V, entitled "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force"
You may even recognize some of the names involved: John R. Bolton, Richard Cheney, I. Lewis Libby, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz

Your facts are unintelligible-- please revise your questions before you post them. There was nothing that any government--no matter how conservative or liberal-- could have done in this situation; Their only option was to react and ground all air traffic as soon as possible before any other planes, if any, would have ended up as massive fuel-filled missles. The individuals who carried out those atrocities had planned for all possible scenarios, and left nothing to chance; That fact, in combination with lax security at the airports, enabled them to carry out their plans. Now the events that happened on/to flight 93 are shrouded in mystery.

There seams to be some sort of connection between republicans and the conspiracy theories. They get awfully defensive when someone questions the 9/11 attacks. Democrats on the other hand seam to be the ones who want to investigate further into the matter, and seam to get attacked when the subject is brought up. Hmmm........
