Bad Traffic, but I know something that is worse than them both. Albanian men in a checkout line, they can go on about the receipt for hours, it happened to me at the Vons in Diamond Bar, CA. No old person can compare to that.

bad traffic...old people in the checkout only take long b/c they need exact change (but the cashier should be fast) or unless the old people want to start a conversation with a stranger in line, and don't know when to end the conversation
