hes like formt he eighties i think he has really huge balck poofy hair and you could never really see his eyes and there is this one video by his band where there at like a funeral i think and he wearing a top hat and it looks like its baout to fall off beacause his hair is so huge lol do oyu know who im talking about?????

Slash wasn't the singer (lead guitar player) and that Guns N' Roses video (November Rain) was in the early '90s (Album came out in 1991 to be exact).

Must be Slash from Guns 'N Roses. He's currently with Velvet Revolver. Have never heard him sing, but he plays a mean guitar.
