Homework?
I would say you really cannot plan sometimes in business becuase each day brings on something new. While I do agree there is a need for planning to keep control and organization which would include meetings, "what if's learned from a previous situation",
Hope this helps

Wow. Is this your homework?!?!
IMO, some formal planning is absolutely necessary, but we cannot make it totally fixed. A little flexibility should be given. Adjustment or changes could happen all the time in order to keep the business or the processes going smoothly.
Sorry, no examples for you. Better do your own research for this. Pick a business or an industry and start from there. Good luck!

The truth is I charge a minimum of $500 for a nonformal plan. Formal planning is more. The trouble is in the details formal or nonformal.
