i think family guy is better cause its so hilarious and it talks about some stupid a.s.s. stuff but lyk i think family guy makes u laugh more then the simpsons. cause lyk the simpsons is kinda cleaned down comedy and family guy is raunchy and perverted.lol. and thats what makes me laugh the most.

I'd say the Simpsons (particularly anything before Season 8 or so, when they started to rely too much on pop culture stuff).
Family Guy has its moments, but a lot of the stuff they reference you have to know about ahead of time, or else it's not as funny.
For instance, in the episode where Chris becomes a Peace Corps worker, when the family is running away at the end, it's an obvious parody of the beginning of Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark.
However, if you've never seen that movie before, it probably won't be as funny to you.

Family Guy is better. It's still got its edge. The Simpsons hasn't been very good for about ten years. It's really gone downhill. Look at the DVDs of the second through sixth seasons, that was when it was in its prime.

The Simpson's is more classic, intelligent satire... while the Family Guy is in your face humour...
Really depends...
I can't remember the last time I laughed out loud at The Simpsons though.
