Well, considering we don't really have Princess Serenity or Prince Darien to rule the world, I would have to say it's not even possible for Crystal Tokyo to come about. Oh well . . .

It might be a possibility to have a utopian society in the far distant future. But there would always be people who didn't fit in, and they would be kicked out or killed. That's not good. I don't think something like this would really work. Freedom of speech probably wouldn't be allowed.
