You would have to be in the 2 week window before your period is due in order to have even had a chance of being fertile. If you were in your fertile period, you have a 2 week wait until you will know if you are pregnant. If you got a pregnancy test now, it wouldn't show a positive, since you just had sex last week.
tender breasts and tightness in the stomach can also be signs of your period coming. If your period doesn't come around the time it should, than go and test if she doesn't show up.

It may be too early for you to experience any symptoms. Some women experience implantation cramping or bleeding 7 to 10 days after sex, which is when the fertilized egg burrows into the uterine lining. Only some people feel discomfort, and after this point you may get the earliest pregnancy symptoms. Wait until you're due for your period and get a home test. Or if you're really concerned, call your gyno and ask for a blood test to find out early.

sounds similar to pregnancy pains but the best way to work it out is to remember the first day of your last period and count 14 days from then (this gives you the day you are most likely to ovulate) once you have that date count 2 days before and 2 days after and that is generally the five days you are most likely to concieve so if you had sex in that time it is possible to be pregnant.
i suggest you wait another week to two weeks and if there still isn't any sign of a period if its due then do a test or see your dr.

If it was only a week ago then you wouldn't have any symptoms of pregnancy, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't. Wait another week or so, then do a home-pregnancy test. They're very accurate. You might have had a lucky escape, but next time, be responsible and have some precautions to hand, eg condoms.

It is too soon to have symptoms you might be nervous, scared or thinking about it too much. Around the time of your missed period, (no more than 3 days before) anytime after...Take a test.
Good luck

No. There's no way you would have any symptoms of pregnancy after one week.
Go to your doctor if you are worried.
