Dude, I take 3 Unisoms a night and I'm alright. sometimes i take 4, but I don't recomend it because it makes it so jerky, you can't stop tossing and turning. you also you have night sweets.
3 Unisom nocks me flat on my butt. ANd i weight 150 LB so yea, you should be alright.

Taking more than one doesn't work Iv'e tried it in fact It kept me up even more! sry. The key ingrediant is diphenhydromine the same stuff used in antihistamines especially benadryl, one of the side effects is that it makes u drowsy so they market this pill as both, when used as an anti.... they commonly use 25mg, for sleep its about 50mg.

I take two 50mg pills every night before I go to bed. It works for me. I'm 14 yrs old, and I take Atarax, it's not specifically for sleeping, allergies too, but it does put you to sleep.
