for those who dont know, under our names. it says our levels. then under where we type, its says how many mintues ago you posted.

not every question is like this. there are still MANY other questions that are in the old format.
i am not sure why...but I'd be interested to find out when everyone will be on the updated format.
EDITED:
after i posted my answer...the "new look" went away for me. perhaps this is something that the new accounts have already when you sign up..and they will get to the users that have been here longer later on.

yes.....and i'm quite unhappy about it.
i'm still on Level 1 and can't rate a best or bad answer.
