What can you do? Maybe try to talk her out of doing the tattoo and the girl but, at the end of the day, she will do what "she" wants to do.

Tell her to have her eye tattooed and see if she has the balls. See if the HID infected Tattoo guy has the balls to do it.
PS: Your 25 yrs old and still use "like" in your sentences? You probably say "You Know"; "Awesome" "you Go Girl" 24-7 and use stupid finger quote marks like a moron. Quote finger marks at the side of the head means "No Brains In Here."
