well all you should have to do is put the CD in the computer and load the drivers and software that came with the printer then hook it to your computer via USB cable or LPT port (not sure they make these anymore) and your computer should auto see it and pick the right drivers then make sure it has paper and ink and you should be set to print away . the first time you use it it should do like a test / alignment page if it doesn't do it when you put the ink in or it may not need it some are automatic now

Install software with printer. Connect printer to computer with either an USB cable or a parallel port cable per instructions. Turn on printer and boot up computer. Windows will detect new hardware, and go with it. That is simple.

Normally, you would load the software that came with the printer to your computer and then attach the USB cable from the printer to your computer. Install the ink cartridge(s) add paper and print a test page.

Plug all the cables and turn it on..put the disk in that came with it and follow the instructions.
