ok it really is gross and we are girls and it just started like earlier i dont know if she was trying to push it out but she pooped right on my couch. and she just laughed it off like it was nothing. does she ahve a problem or is she doing it on purpose? i mean shes really pretty so its not like shes butt ugly and dorky. but its gettting embarassing

Sounds like your friend isn't much of a friend if she's just laughing the whole ordeal off. It's sounding a lot like maybe she's doing this because she thinks it's funny.

Is it the runs? Maybe she has bad diarehea and can't make it to the washroom. She should see a Dr as there may be a serious problem.
