I work in the trade show industry and there are a ton of people who use them to make crates for their booths and materials.

Most any company that builds or installs things would need plywood. As well as a lot of company's that manufacture products not just funiture. For example concrete company's use the plywood to build there forms. And then if you are building a boat you might use plywood in the decking of the boat. So many things you can do. If you have a scaffold you can lay plywood on the boards to make it a smooth walking surface. the list goes on.
