I Have The Reciept Serials, Basiclly Everything In The Box Except For The Computer Of Course And Filed A Police Report 4 Months Ago

Make sure you make a police report. If it comes into a pawn shop, they have to give it to the cops, who in turn, give it back to you.

Your receipt probably has the serial number of the computer on it.
With that, you could prove ownership if the computer ever turns up, like at a pawn shop.
I would report this to the police and give them the serial number along with any other information you might have. Call your local police, and tell them it was stolen, and you want to report it. They should be able to give you more information.

Not if its stolen. Do you know who stole it? If so, you might be able to call the police in because of the reciept, but don't forget, possession is 9/10ths of the law. I think all the receipt really proves is that you bought it.

Go-ahead and file a police report with serial numbers. There is a chance the thieves will keep on stealing and end up caught. In such cases, however rare it may be, you have a chance at recovering your loss.
If you do nothing, your chance of recovering it is ZERO.

Very unlikely. Your best bet is to file a police report for a stolen laptop and hope for the best. However, your odds are very bad in favor of getting it recovered.

maybe if u pay someone to track a code that is on the receipt for the pc but i dont know for sure if it works.
