hi bought a antique vase it has a hairline crack any ideas how to clean the crack so it doesnt show???

It is probably impossible to to it so it won't show. Even if cleaned the crack would trap light and look dark. Filling it wouldn't look the same as the surface around it either. Also, it's usually a mistake to change an antique. Even if it looks better, the fact than it's not original will often drop the value radically.

Paint over it with the same color as the vase.

Toothpaste will do it. Not the stripey ones though. Just put a little onto your finger and rub it in gently.
