I hear that guys do it, but whenever I hear about girls doing it, some people make it seem like that is bad. So if a virgin girl has feelings about sex and masturbates, is that wrong?

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I think that people differentiate men and women because of societal pressures. When a man has sexual feelings people attribute it to the drive to procreate with as many females as possible, as in nature and wild animals. However, when women have sexual feelings people think of it as sex crazed! Women are commonly thought to only think of sex as a method for procreation and an experience that is not necessarily pleasant. This is a completely unfair stereotype of men and women and more recently has been put aside.
There are some who still ascribe to the stereotypes and express their view, but in the end you can make your decision and know that there is NOTHING wrong with wanting to masturbate.

Girls do it, we just don't talk about it. It's healthy and it's part of becoming an adult.

Many women masturbate in the bathroom, light candles around the tub, turn the lights off, plug in a romantic CD, burn incense, slide into a warm bubble bath with a romantic erotic novel and fantasize while stimulating themselves. There are waterproof vibrators suitable for the bath tub.

Others will use a portable shower head, spraying their genitals. And many more will use a small quiet vibrator for clitoral, vaginal or anal stimulation.

The big secret is to accept the fact that this is an o.k. thing to do. In fact, it is therapeutic, especially if she has never reached orgasm. Most females have their first orgasm all by themselves. Once she has learned what works for her (and she's mature enough for sex), then she can share that information with her partner who can incorporate the moves into their sex play. Guys tell us what they like, why can't we tell them what works for us?

Of course its ok for a virgin to masturbate. I am a woman. I have always masturbated even when I was a virgin. It is normal and pleasurable if you are comfortable with yourself. It is also alot safer than intercourse and sometimes more fulfilling once you find out what you like. Experiment and have fun.

Contrary to what society says, masturbation is a very normal, very healthy thing to do. For girls and boys. And there's nothing wrong with it. Being sexual is a human thing to do. Enjoy yourself, honey, and ignore what you hear. ;)

Heck no I am married and still do it! its nature and that is the only way you can really let a guy know about what you like in the bedroom when it is time. By the way don't rush to lose your virginity any time soon. Take your time.

It's a normal and healthy aspect of sexuality, nothing to be ashamed of. You will soon know what you like, and later that can help with your partner. Enjoy it.
