My husbands ex wife has had a baby that was born addicted to meth. My husband has 2 children by her(not the baby she just had) and she lost the baby. Do you think she will lose my 2 stepchildren also. My husband has custody of the children she only gets them every other weekend. But we had recieved a call from DCS and they told us to not let her have the children without supervision by my husband or her mother.

I think at this point you and your husband need to consult with an attorney to get some legal advice as how to proceed with this situation. You dont want to keep the children from her then have her haul you into court. Be sure if you do decide not to allow her to see the children or even if she does visit with them supervised by your husband that they have been told that mommy is going through a rough time and needs some time to get better. Kids pick up on so much that we dot give them credit for. All my best to you and your family.

Sounds like she has already lost the right to unsupervised visitation, at least for now. It usually takes a lot for parents to be denied all rights to their kids though. If she has a drug problem but hasn't been abusive to the kids, I'd say it's unlikely that she would be denied supervised visits or phone calls.

Then you need to get written statement from DCS that states that --- so you can show her.
If you two are able seek full custody of the kids if she won't get help for the drug addiction

It sounds like she could lose all rights to the children. Are you ready to have them full time with no support from her? You may end up being the best mom those kids could have!
