I believe a Spiritual relationship is a personal thing between you and your God.Un Holy men do wrong not God, he is always waiting to clean up the mess we make. Secular politics has nothing to do with that type of relationship. Politics are driven by motive, and spirituality is God given. So to answer your question NO! Common sense!

No. God does not waste is time with petty materialistic and humanistic issues. He doesn't support any government because all governments in the end are about the root of all evil...greed.
I don't care if a Democrat or Republican is President; it doesn't matter to God. Government is about service to mammon, not to God.
Remember that even the Government of Israel in the days of the Old Testament defied God at times, so what makes you think in this post-Christ's sacrifice era that God will endorse any nation over another?
Look at how many innocent people die everyday as a result of the multiple wars and petty excuse for concern of the numerous plagues and poverty altogether that are caused by each country and their actions or lack thereof.
Jesus said "Render unto Caesar that which belongs to Caesar (and) unto God that which belongs to God." Doesn't that stand as enough proof that God would rather us keep God and Government separate. He doesn't want us praying for his blessings upon our government. The word of God also says that God will not bless those that are not of God.
According to what I have already mentioned here, no government is "of God". So, no Government can be blessed. That doesn't mean that an individual in government can't serve God, but that individual doesn't represent the entire government nor the whole country.

I think its become so overuse it really doesnt have any meaning to me anymore. I dont see how be can bless the usa when we have sent our ppl over to another country to kill and be killed and also support a country which supposedly is the holy land of holy lands that is just ripping another country apart. But American politics and their "God bless the Usa" and "Defending" the Heartland" propaganda has just bcome so over played. Besides, the country is pretty much removing god from every other part it supposedly said it's beliefs it was created on, so why would he. God Bless Japan because that is going to be the only friend we have left when the rest of the world comes after our Azz.

I believe God deals with individuals now. Saying HE blesses the USA is too general a statement. God is there for those who need HIM. I don't think HE chooses one country to triumph over another. There's quite a bit of free will involved in many of the actions associated with government. HE loves those who love him, and pities those who don't, whether they be in this country or Israel.

God has blessed America more than anyone realizes. We have one of the highest standards of living and the very existence of this country is because of God helping God fearing men free it from the strongest nation on the earth during that period.

I don't know about your God, but my God(Bible) has blessed
the USA for a long time now. I love my country and will continue
to love it cause I've been in other places and as nice as they
are, they just don't have the freedoms and the opportunities we
have here. America, your finest hour is yet to come.
