The correct name for losing control of your bladder is enuresis. The term for losing control of your bowels is encopresis.

However, encopresis usually refers to a special condition in children who have already been toilet trained, where they have a fecal impaction and the stool, not fully formed and soft like toothpaste, leaks around the hard stool and is passed involutarily.

Otherwise, passing feces usually means either the child is too young to be toilet trained or there is a mental or emotional disorder.
