Go to Wikipedia.com and type in treaty organizations in the search bar. Then hit the search button and you will come up with a bunch of them. The only one that came to my mind when I saw your question was SEATO (Southeast Asian Treaty Organization) but I found out there are a whole lot more. So even I learned something today. Thanks.

You might as well do OPEC, which is the oil countries in the middle east. Lots of relevant info on them in the news right now, what with the crisis going on in the middle east, and the soaring gas prices (google 1970's oil crisis for another example).

Would NAFTA qualify? Seriously, you can write endlessly about the atrocities of the united Nations and plenty about OPEC.
