I have one on the tip of my tongue, and 3 on my bottom lip. What did I do to offend God that I am smitten so?

I dont think you upset God just cuz you have cold sores, but 4 is a little too much. Put you should get some Abreva from a pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS, and the tube costs about $14 but its worth it. They'll be gone in 24-48 hrs. But if its serious then you should definitely see a doctor.
