If yes, how? If no, what do i have to have in my computer (DOS?etc.)?

yes you can and it will run in dos, which will be on your computer when you install windows. if your program will not execute it is because there are errors or warnings that your compiler wants fixed before it will allow you to run it.

if you have errors try posting some code here with the error messages and you can find further assistance.

Yes you can, if it does not contain OS-specific code. Essentially, if you just stick to the C++ standard library, it'll work on Windows-based systems too. Be sure to recompile it for Windows first though. Hope it helps!

dude i think you need a better school or learn to read, you need to know in which platform(s) you're going to use the program and write the program for that, and try C#, better try learning C then C++ and finally C#

you can run it on windows enviroment with a complier installed.
