I find it kind of hard to get a job. But when I have one it seems so easy to lose. Hmmmmmm! You say lose ? HuH ! Yes but of I would say not of my own fault right ! Right ! A companies turn over rate is higher than thier employment rate. Think about it ! I mean for someone like me I have some college under my belt but no degree, but I work well with others as well as alone. Wait ! Back to my point; when trying to get a job you are like everyone who is applying to the same position unless you know someone who can get you in or you pay a person to get you inside. So here I am waiting for some company to get me my big break on the casting couch; just to get rid of me when they have no use for me any longer, or someone is an a**, or cutbacks are needed or the one I love -you are to qulified for the job.

I think one of the critical points you made in your narrative is that you have college under your belt, but no degree. It can be argued pretty easily that a degree doesn't always point towards the most qualified person, but the degree is often very important when it comes to employee retention and promotion. Even if the non-degree holder is more qualified, the one with the degree may get the boost. It's just the way things are. I think you could enhance your career by finishing college and getting that paper on file.

We all are dispensible in an open market of CAPITALISM! Degree or no degree! The best bet, to have talents like a football, basketball player or an independent player like golfer or tennis player. Project managers are always looking to make a profit, even betraying their closest friends. Look and ask about multiple tasks or jobs, instead just going for the hired job task. If you can develop employment with different levels of performance on different tasks for billing efforts, you have a greater surviviblity with the company. Note: Companies don't exist for PEOPLE! Like our GOV'T, they forget who they serve !

Well, my best answer was for you to sacrifice and get a degree so you can be more marketable and valuable (not saying your worth nothing but a degree brings more to the table).
