I want the whole entire state including both the Upper Peninsula and the Lower Peninsula.

Flint is by far the most dangerous city in Michigan. It use to be Detroit but they have really cleaned up the streets there... Flint has not and I do believe their murder and rape rate is the highest in the state.
The safest place to be would have to be my hometown of West Branch. We still don't lock our car doors or our homes at night. The only real crime is the occasional drunk driver or teenagers vandalizing a summer home.
I'm sure there are some pretty safe places up in the middle of nowhere where the Yuppers live, but they are in such a remote area that I don't feel all that safe there.

I heard Ann Arbor is safest city in Michigan
People say Detroit is the worst city in Michigan but thats not true I pretty much live there and its not a bad city.

In 2005, Troy was deemed the safest city in Michigan.
Detroit is the most dangerous. But it looks like you would already know that.

What do you mean by city? There are fifteen incorporated cities in Michigan with less than 1000 people. I'm sure some of these places have almost zero crime.

Well, this is a huge generalization.
Can you be more specific? Are there certain cities that you are interested in? Need a comparison of?
ps. I'm sure a ton of people will say DETROIT, but they would be way off!!!

I have read in several articles that Benton Harbor has the worst crime rate per 100 people. They had that horrible riot a few years ago. And Grosse Isle Twp. has the lowest crime rate.
