They can be found in the phone book or any real estate company can give you their number. The national average is around 32 days, if you really plan it out and make the right improvements to "stage" or "restyle" the average drops to 16 days.
Make your house look it' s best (clean, uncluttered) from the first day on the market. You'll never get the same buzz over the property after it's been on the market a while. Good luck.

The avg time to sell a house depends on many factors. #1 is location,location,location. School districts matter to familys with children. condition of house. Part of the world you now live in. could be an avg of 90 days to over a year. Hard to guess with out any info thats very important.

ask about 5 people how long it took to sell their house then add the five numbers and divide by 5 and you will get your average.
