This is a large scale thing. Have you checked any archives on the section of international business or financing? I believe there are good articles that you can follow through and you can see how it began, developed and maybe even finished off. Start with a certain incident that you know, otherwise there will be toooooooo many things and you will lose the focus. Good luck!

It's really quite simple....think of a two-way highway. Normally the cars wiz past each other 2 feet apart with no problem. A 'crisis' occurs when one drifts a bit off course(one finds the other lane more appealing for some reason) and a head-on crash occurs. Can it be avoided? maybe, but usually not, because when the other car still on course tries to avoid the crash, they collide anyway.
