I find it kind of hard to get a job. But when I have one it seems so easy to lose. Hmmmmmm! You say lose ? HuH ! Yes but of I would say not of my own fault right ! Right ! A companies turn over rate is higher than thier employment rate. Think about it ! I mean for someone like me I have some college under my belt but no degree, but I work well with others as well as alone. Wait ! Back to my point; when trying to get a job you are like everyone who is applying to the same position unless you know someone who can get you in or you pay a person to get you inside. So here I am waiting for some company to get me my big break on the casting couch; just to get rid of me when they have no use for me any longer, or someone is an a**, or cutbacks are needed or the one I love -you are to qulified for the job.

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to
get hired.

Getting a job is not difficult at all, it really depends on the state of the job market in your area, the effects of turnover, and the rates of pay.

Perhaps you are looking in all of the wrong places.

Why not just start a business yourself and then you do not have to worry about any of that. You do not even have to come up with an idea or anything. You can join a business like I did!

Why on Earth was this question posted FOUR different times under FOUR different categories? There really is NO NEED for that! All you have to do is post it ONCE and then BE PATIENT!
