I think every tattoo has a story, so describe your tattoo please and the story behind it. :) Thank You!

I have one and thats it on my right rear hip a rose with a butterfly and all 3 of my childrens names around it. Told them I got it there because they are a pain in my butt so thats where they belong lol.

Not every tattoo has a story.
I don't know who told you that, but Its not true! So many people come in the shop and , pick something off the wall and get it done for no reason at all.Some people get some random image that they like. Not all tattoos have some deep meaning.

I have 2 tattoos of cats. Why? Because I like cats. Everybody who knows me knows that I'm rather obsessed with cats. One is a custom drawn-new school style cat-girl pin up. The other is a sleeping cat, black out lined with no fill. It was found in the back of a cat fancy magazine. No real meaning. I just love cats. The tattoos are totally my style and show my personality.

I have 2 stars on each of my ankles, also without meaning. I just like stars.

I have a decorative star on my wrist that I drew. This one represents my creativiry, For years I always drew stars and swiry designs on my hands and wrists in class. My friends always knew me to do that. So I got one of the designs tattooed on my wrist. For months one of my friends thought it was fake. Its a turquoise star with a purple jewel in the middle.

I also have a large vistorian/celtic cross on my back Its a combination of a few tattoo designs that I mixed together and had custom drawn for me. It represents my decision to follow , my love of religious art and most importantly my decision to follow Jesus Christ.

Well I wanted a tattoo for about 2 years now, so my mom told me that I could get one for my 14 birthday. So for my birthday I went and got a tattoo. It's a blue butterfly on my lower back.

Tattoo #1: A blue rose with a red heart on my right arm; got it in 1997. Why? Cuz my friend and I thought it'd be cool to get matching tats.

Tattoo #2: Woodstock on my left breast; got it in 1997. Why? hmmmm? j/k... he's cute tho.

Tattoo #3: F*@! you (in Arabic text) on my left shoulder blade; got it in 1998. Why? cuz I thought that ish was funny.

Tattoo #4: My name (in Japanese text) on my right shoulder blade; got that one in 1999. Why? Cuz I'm me, and that'll never change.

Tattoo #5: A tribal butterfly on my right ankle; got it in 1999. Why? Cuz I loved winged animals.

Tattoo #6 & 7: The statue of Anubis and the Eye of Horus on my lower back; got it in 2000. Why? Cuz I'm really into Egyptian mythology.

Tattoo #8: A fairy (some would categorize it as mildly risque, but it's more or less rated PG-13), on my left arm; got it in 2001. Why? Cuz I love fairy lore.

Tattoos #9 & 10: Two dragonflies on my left ankle; got them in 2002. Why? Once again, I love winged animals.

Tattoo #11: A black dragon on the back of my neck; got it in 2005. Why? Once again, I love winged animals and mythology.

i have 3
my 1st is a small rose on my right shoulder blade it has my daughters name under it
my 2nd tat was a messed up dolphin and i had it covered with tropical flowers
my 3rd tat is a purple fairy titled "a leaf alone" my sis has the same but blue- we got em b4 she moved

I havent got mine yet but im going to. Mine is a panda bear because its been a family nickname of mine sense I was born, its my favorit animal.
