The author has written a couple of new series, but you can still get the goosebumps books. My daughter loves them.

I loved those too. Especially the ones where u had to solve the mystery yourself and choose 1 of 2 options and flip through the pages. That was fun!

I never liked those books, but I do like to read the teen series "Fear Street" by R.L. Stine but I can't find them anywhere..there's supposed to be alot of them and all I can find are the new ones.

Yeah i rememeber them very well! I used to devour them! I really liked them. Sometimes while reading them at night in bed really gave me "goosebumps"! LOL!! I think R.L Stines stopped writing them but you can still get them in bookshops.

I was also obsessed with those books. They were the gateway to me being thrilled with the speculative genre. I wonder if R.L. has ever considered writing for adults?

I remember them, but they were behind me in age group when they came out, but I loved R.L. Stine's regular spooky books for older kids and teens.

Yeah, I do. Maybe they faded when those Harry Potter books came out. There were other books out there by this women who I just can't think of her name who had like"Can You Hear Me God, It's Me, Margaret." I remember those, too.

RL Stine moved up to a more mature series, but, for the most part, that genre has fizzled
