2)Flying would definitely be one. Then invisibilty. And, um, xray vision

3)m not sure what you are really asking, what has the wand saying got to do with superpowers?
how about the ability to never be lied to, the ability to bring out caring in everyone she encounters, and everyone she touches becomes charitable
