Assuming that she is someone who might want to kiss back, I'd say you should start out with affection, maybe holding her hand, touching her leg or putting your arm around her. I know it will sound somewhat cliche, but I think smiling at her and looking at her in her eyes and holding the eye contact is crucial. I think it's pretty sexy too if his eyes drift from my eyes to my lips...I would get the feeling he is thinking of kissing me and it would make me want to kiss him back.

when i kissed my first love for the first time we had been going out for a couple of months. we were at the movies and we just kept looking over at each other and we couldn't help but smile at each other. i blurted out, "i really want to kiss you!" and she replied by saying, "i wish you would!". so i leaned over and did..............i say if the moment is right and u are both single and have a good time with one another, then go for it!

First of all, make sure you smell good. Hold her hands, talk as close as possible to her face, then do it. If you are a good guy, you may ask her permision, but if you are still a fine guy if you dont... It is just will add points on you if you ask

Ask her, or just wait til it feels like the right moment then go for it.....if she leans away then that just means she doesn't want to kiss at that moment! Wait and go for it another time

This is what I'll do. Take my chapstick out, put it around my lip and said" mmm.. this chapstick taste like coconut". Then she start to wondering and asked"really?". I'll put the chapstick around her lip and kissed her. Best romantic things to do.
