"1988 jordans" are the jordan III.

vintagekicks.com has one pair, size 13, and that was the best i could find on a site. if you do ebay expect to pay $300+ (and anywhere below $400 would be a steal)
i'd wait a year if i were you. nike's re-releasing three colorways of the shoe in 2007 which (1) gives you a chance to buy them at retail price, and (2) usually drives the price down on the other shoes.
