If you have difficulty passing urine, this can be a sign of a prostate problem. If you can't empty your bladder fully and urinates in spurts then, I would recommend getting this checked out by your doctor who will then be able to refer you to the relevant consultant for tests, if needed
Hope this helps. All the best

The first answer is the best. See a urologist.
I had no symptoms and through ultrasound, psa, etc. discovered it was prostate cancer, agressive and throughout the prostate.
There do not have to be symptoms.
Mine was caught in time. Get it checked so you will have good results also.

If you are hesitant when you go to pee, and have to get up several times a night to go. Those are symptoms of an enlarged prostate, that doesnt mean there is cancer there.
You should get it checked out. If it's BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy) then taking Saw palmetto supplements will take care of it.

Please make an appointment with a urologist so that you can
be examined...or your friend, relative whoever this question is for. This is the only way to be tested.
