I don't think so. Photos are not always accurate; you do look plumper on film than in real life, and pictures can be flattering or non-flattering.

In the mirror, people tend to pull "mirror faces": I know I always give myself a very serious, stern look in the mirror, and I think that is common, because when artists do self-portraits it looks like that as well. As a result, I look older and more sour in the mirror.

I know from seeing myself on video/film that in real life I have a very animated face with twinkling eyes, and am constantly smiling and laughing. That's what gives my face its attractiveness, and I don't see that in the mirror.

Technically, I don't think so. My step dad was trying to explain it to me when I was younger. It's actually like a reversed image in a picture, but it doesn't come out that way. It's confusing.

i really dun think so... but we see what all other ppl see .. it is the perception that everyone has.. i always find myself ugly in one angle or the other... but some of my frens say i look ok(i dun know if they are comforting me or what) but when I dressed up.. i think i look nice... my frens thought I look good too.... as for pictures... i will find a certain model look great but when compared with my frens opinion.. they dun think so.....
