i have white blood cells in my unrine but no infection or kidney stones....i have fluid in my pevlic but all my organs and everything thing else is fine.....and i keep having alot of pain in the lower pelvic area that i have all day and all night and very sharp pains that come and go.....

The white blood cells could be a urinary infection or pyuria. It can be nothing.... contamination of the urine from the solution they use at the lab. Bacterial infection, kidney stones.. there's a couple different reasons for it. You need to see a urologist and have a cystoscopy though if it's not already scheduled. Good luck.

excessive white blood cells in the urine is usually means there is an infection in the urinary tract.
Fluid in the pelic area - not sure where in the pelvic area you mean. Can't really tell you about that unless you mention where in the pelvic area it is......it could be premenstral edema
