from the front i have a nice shaped nose....but from the side is a different story. It has a bump on it, i know for a fact i havent broke it and its only started going into a big bump in the last 3-4 years. im 14...will it grow out as my nose grows? thankyou for any comments!! x Jade :-) x

No, it won't go away. Our noses always grow as we get older, just a fact of life. You can expect that your youthful child's nose will disappear forever and you won't ever get it back. I had this traumatic experience and my sister too at some point. Some people like a nose with some character. I know many men that don't like the little tiny child's nose, or the little turned up nose that's considered cute in pictures. Everyone has different tastes, and my sister head on has a normal looking nose, but from the profile it has quite a bump and then a steep slope, but it gives it some character, and one man actually became obsessed with her over her nose. I swear! I wrote a story about it because it was such a funny incident. But many people have become fixated on it and just love her nose. Mine is less extreme, but I've had similar positive responses to my bump in my nose.
You just have to accept this as your new nose and try to find something about it you like. Also remember that you will notice it more and be more critical of it than ANY one else in the world... no one will ever see it as bad as you do, most people won't even notice and think you're nuts to be so concerned with it.

Sorry to say I have the same prob and I am now 19. Its not going to change if it bothers u that much ur just going to have to get a noise job, or just be happy with ur self. Trust me people wont noticce ur noise if u act like u dont.
