Two things, one is way too much water, but that will also cause mold all over the planet. The other is small worms that enter through the flower end of the zuchini.

they might have a fungus!its where to much water get to some of them!squashes are very picky about their water!just pick off the rotted ones as soon as you see them!you might try cutting just a few leaves to let more sun shine in on the squash to help them dry a little more quicker!they will be ok,as long as you remove the ones with the fungus

I plant mine on "hills" so they get the right amount of both.
