I've heard the second rhyme in a variety of melodies. A website I found simply titled it "the Lady with the Alligator Purse", but back in girl scouts we always called it "Tiny Tim." Our troop's rendition was to a tune used for a variety of different songs; we called the tune itself "Wiffle-waffer."
